Terms of Service
The ground rules.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, platform, and AI agents provided by Primitive Vision AI Developing Services (“PV”, “we”, “us”) (the “Services”).

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree not to use the Services, or direct agents, to:

• Break any law or infringe the rights of others.
• Access systems, accounts, or data without authorisation.
• Distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content.
• Interfere with or overload the Services or their infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer the Services, except where the law allows it.

You remain responsible for the instructions you give your agents and for reviewing their output before relying on it.

You keep all rights to the data and content you submit and to the output your agents produce for you. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the Services. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle you choose. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise in your order. We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes take effect at your next billing cycle.

The Services, including software, design, and branding, are owned by PV and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not give you any rights to them except the limited right to use the Services as described here.

We work to keep the Services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee they will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes that negatively affect you.

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-generated output may be inaccurate and should be reviewed before use.

To the extent permitted by law, PV will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. On termination, your right to use the Services ends, and sections that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you in advance. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
