01

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Primitive Vision AI Developing Services (“PV”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website or use the PV platform and its AI agents (the “Services”).

We only collect what we need to run the Services, and we never sell your personal information.

02

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company (if provided), the topic you select, and your message. When you create an account, we collect the details needed to set it up and bill you.

Data you process with the Services. Tasks, files, and other content you send to your agents are processed only to perform the work you request.

Usage and device data. Our hosting provider records standard request logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate site traffic; it does not use cookies.

03

How we use information

  • To respond to your enquiries and provide support.
  • To operate, maintain, and secure the Services.
  • To understand how the website is used and improve it.
  • To communicate with you about your account, including service and billing notices.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
04

Sharing and disclosure

We share information only with service providers who help us run the Services (for example, hosting and infrastructure providers), under agreements that require them to protect it and use it only on our instructions.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply.

05

Cookies

The PV website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics are cookieless, and fonts are served from our own domain rather than third-party font services. If we introduce cookies that are not strictly necessary, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

06

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, such as for the life of your account or until an enquiry is resolved, and then delete or anonymise it, unless we are required to keep it longer by law.

07

Security

We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest and isolated execution for agents. Read more on our Security page. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.

08

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

09

Children

The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email or through the Services.
